Service Science Specialization

This page provides some general information on the I&C teaching on service science. These documents are not intended for students. They are management document that were written by Alain Wegmann (I&C) and Chris Tucci (CDM) to get the approval for the creation of a service science specialization. Our proposal was approved in December 2005. The service science specilization will begin in October 2006.
